Here's how I make mashed potatoes and it's very fluffy and tasty.
- 1 kg. potatoes
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons margarine frame
- 100 ml. milk
- 1 or raw
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Mashed potatoes:
Wash and peel the potatoes and put them to boil in a pot with cold water and a pinch of salt.
Boil covered with a lid for about 30 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and add the margarine and hot milk, mix well and finally add a fresh raw egg, mix until our puree becomes fluffy.
It is very tasty, I wish you good appetite !!!
Serve with steak and pickles or favorite salad.
