Today I made a soup for small children (over 1 year). My little girl ate it with great appetite ... :)
- 2 cubes of beef
- Red pepper
- parsley leaves and root
- 1 tomato and / or tomato juice

RECIPE PREPARATION Beef soup:
I cut the beef into small pieces and put it in a pot to boil (about 30 minutes).
In the pot in which I put about 1.2 l of water I added the diced roots and onions. After they cooked for a few minutes, I added the finely chopped pepper and tomato, then the boiled meat. Because the soup was not colorful enough, I added about 2-3 teaspoons of homemade broth and noodles. After the latter boiled, I added 2 tablespoons of oil and finely chopped green parsley.
Salt to taste.

For beef soup, the meat is peeled, washed and portioned into 5 pieces. Parsley and larch are washed, cut into small pieces. The borscht is boiled, strained. Carrots, celery, parsley root and parsnips are cleaned, washed, finely chopped. Pickled cucumbers are washed, peeled and seeded, cut into strips and scalded. The pieces of meat are boiled in 2 l of salted water and frothed. When the meat is half cooked, add the vegetables (onion, celery, carrots, parsley root, parsnip), pickles. When the vegetables and meat have boiled, add borscht and continue cooking for about 10 minutes. At the end add green larch and green parsley.
A beef borscht is delicious, filling, always welcome in cold weather. If you also have a MAGIC BREAD next to the beef borscht, it is perfect.
Among my favorites, only good on cold autumn days.

Let it boil and when the meat is cooked remove the bones, take the meat off them and put it back in the soup cut into pieces.
Serve with chopped green parsley on top.
