Put some water with salt, pepper, parsley and dried dill in the pot.

we put them on the fire to boil.

when the water boils with spices, add the soy pieces and boil them well.

when they are ready, squeeze the juice well and leave them to cool.

In a bowl put mineral water, salt, pepper and a little dill.

mix them well, then put white flour in the rain until you get a thicker dough than pancakes.

finally add 3 tablespoons of tomato juice.

Heat oil in a pan.

put the soy pieces in the pancake-like mixture and fry them in hot oil.

fry them on both sides.

when they are ready, we take them out on some kitchen towels to absorb the excess oil.

I, on some pieces, after I gave them through that dough, I also sprinkled some corn flour to look a little like fish, to eat them more with appetite.

Illustrated vegetarian recipes

I still haven't eaten better soybeans than these. In my early days in the kitchen, I made snails according to the classic recipe (egg + flour + spices) but something seemed to be missing. They did not have the taste I wanted, and I cooked them only for the sake of diversifying the menu, not for flavor: D A year ago we participated in an event, at the end of which we enjoyed our taste buds with a lot of vegetarian goodies. And that's how I came across some tasty, fragrant, crunchy and fluffy snails on the outside. A goodness. And I have to tell you that I didn't peel off the plate until they were finished? :))) When I got home, I went straight into the kitchen thinking about the tasty soy snacks. Some ingredients were obvious, others I guessed, I also put 2-3 from me, and look, since then, these snacks are in the top of my preferences. They are incredibly tasty!
A lot of talking though. to tell you the recipe))

Ingredient:
-20 textured soybean slices + 2 lg vegeta
-2 eggs
-4 lg flour
-5 lg water
-5 cloves of garlic
-2 lg tomato paste
-aromatic herbs (basil, oregano, marjoram)
-salt
-pesmet
-oil for frying

This time I made a double portion of what I usually do. We were more edible, and I didn't risk making only 10 snits)) There were chances that some of them wouldn't catch them: D

For starters, the snails are boiled in water, together with the vegeta.
